This is what Jurassic Park said Velociraptors were like:
"They were smarter than dolphins, or whales... they were smarter than primates."
6 foot tall badass pack hunters. Also were extraordinary jumpers and could run as fast as a cheetah.
This is what paleontologists believe a Velociraptor was like:
About the size of a turkey (3 feet tall), were solitary creatures, were not even intelligent for a dinosaur, and could not run or jump exceptionally well.
Philosoraptor? I think not.
I saw "The Avengers" with some buds last night.
Think I might go see it again tonight, except this time in 3-D (didn't have enough money for 3-D last night). That movie was ****ing BADASS. Seriously, you guys HAVE to go see it, one of the most exciting (if not THE most exciting) movies I've ever seen.
Last week I saw "The Cabin in the Woods", which was directed by the same guy that directed The Avengers, Joss Whedon.
Never heard of him until those movies, but are his movies always ****ing awesome?
Both movies are certified fresh on the Tomatometer (both have at least 90%), in case you don't want to just take my word for it.
Just read a list of 14 extinct animals that could be resurrected.
Number 14 is a Neanderthal. like omg.
The only animal I want to see get cloned is the least likely to get cloned, dinosaurs. Tyrannosaurus in particular.
Who the hell wouldn't want to see a real one?
