Jessica and I watched BR for the first time a couple months ago and we have the sequel sitting in our Netflix Queue, but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.

Me neither. I'm debating on whether or not to watch it cause it lacks my favorite character.

Yeah, mostly horror movies like Bunshinsaba and Chakushin Ari.
I don't know if you wanna call Battle Royale horror, it seems more "dystopian action drama" to me.
But yeah, I love Asian horror movies. They know how to scare you more than horror movies from the US or Europe

what makes asain movies so good is that they can mix horror with comedy and still have it be successful. My fav asian movie will always be, The Host (2006), Blood the last vampire, "audition" asian horror.
