Phone companies are notorious for this, offering packages for some and not for others just to get you on board signed up. Why is that? Can we then say deals are made by rules and are dependent on area codes;if you live in a wealthy neighborhood will the cost go up then a poor neighborhood? Also if you file a complaint will then the company take you seriously? I've watched a friend stay on the phone for 3hrs and talk herself out of a phone bill.

There are many situations in life were you will have to push or force your way until you find someone that says, "yes rather then no! You may choose to accept, "no" or push on. I've seen dumb people be pushed on because they did not ask the right questions. (bad english or not knowing rights)
I once wanted to return an item and the cashier said it was dirty and can not be returned. Sorry. I went to the same store different location and this time chose the cashier to see who was nice and returned it got my money back.
