I generally have little respect for people who think they're the only ones going through things in life.

I try and keep things in perspective. Even when i deployed to various war zones, i kept in mind there were others who had it worse, due to their missions.

At work to day I was looking at a car catalogue. This girl asked me which one I wanted to buy. I said I might buy this Corvette for only 90 Grand. She laughed and said that car would brake down more then the one I got now... I thought about it and said yes, but think how much cooler I would look along side the highway in the vette then I do now in my car.
