Maybe facial nerves are glitching out, my Mom had Trigeminal neuralgia which is like hooking your jaw up to a car battery, they had to cut a hole in her skull and sever some nerves. whole side of her face has been numb for 15 years.

It amazes me how much can go wrong in your body, this shit doesn't seem like it was well thought out, this is like it was designed by a small indie games company and it's still in beta testing.
