William was thinking about the House Lineage and the future of his Empire when he married, while Harry just married some woman he liked. Another reason Harry is on a lower rung on the ladder is he doesn't take his position seriously.

I don't really fancy the English Monarchy. I feel they get favored over rather royals around the world.
