So when did I say my panic attack was again? Because I suspect yesterdays near faint and today's panic after a few cups of coffee are related to the cessation of Mary Jane.
Tried a few cups of chamomile to calm the nerves around 11 and 2, and it WORKED.. kind of. No racing heart and anxiety, but you end up feeling like a zombie. All I want now is a cigar.
Think maybe 1 cup next time instead of two, and a 6-8 oz cup coffee at MOST and then decaf (Full decaf results in more withdrawl symptoms, headache and foggyness and such)
