Modulars are hyper expensive, over 100 bucks. You'd think there'd be an affordable option for southpaws in this age of inclusion.

Friend of mine with the same condition plays retro game systems, I guess he just deals with it and uses his off hand. Which is his dominant hand come to think of it, right handers use their off hand for steering, guess it isn't exactly crippling doing the opposite configuration.
