Explain dieting to me.
An example;
Two slices rye bread, a quarter stick butter and lots of peanut butter.
I look up the calorie count, find a quarter stick is only 200 calories, penaut bitter is like 100 in a table spoon peanut butter, so assume another 200 calories. And the bread is 65 calories a slice, so all totaled under 500 calories.
A man needs 2500 calories according to the government people, so 500 calories in a breakfast won't make you fat.
Right?
Think about it from the dawn of time.
Man hunted for meat, they ate meat.
Then they discovered agriculture they ate bread.
Eat what you want sensibly then work it off by moving around.
Stop eating shit, stop sitting around doing nothing.
It's not that complicated. Fat ancient people were a rarity.
Because they got eaten by predators.
It was hot back in those days, Predators come when it gets hot.
We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skin... and sometimes much, much worst.
"El que hace trofeos de los hombres" means "the demon who makes trophies of man".
Every time I read about zero tolerance policies in schools I think about how ridiculously permissive my own school experience was. I got into fights, I was never suspended. Lots of people got into fights. Heck, bloodied noses even, not proud of it but it happened. Even took a swing at a VP once, right in the gut, no suspension.
Maybe it was an era thing? 1970's, zero tolerance. Post 2000, zero tolerance. 1980's-1990's, every kid has a disability and every incident handled with kid gloves.
