Probably sleep apnea. I would suggest you see a specialist to determine but since you dont like seeing one, you could just buy the sleep apnea machine which is expensive by itself or, you could invest in a sleep mouth guard. Walmart has one for a few bucks. Its basically a mouth guard with holes, so your mouth can breath as you sleep. Think you have to buy it online through the Walmart website.

When you can sleep eat to Kiwi fruit before bed. I have sleeping issues as well. Its not good for the heart.
