As a guy with pains you might appreciate this;
For the past few weeks I haven't been able to sleep because my left side was agony. It had perpetual tender spots that would feel like the tendons and muscles were being ripped to shreds. Even if I was careful I'd get a dull ache at best.
So in desperation I did the exact opposite of my intuition, and tried stretching that side out. Just carefully stretched it around this pillow, up at angles, as far as it would go.
Had a solid 6-7 hours and a good set of dreams for the first time, meaning REM sleep.
The arm also feels better in the morning having been stretched through the night, I can feel one tender area that simply won't budge but it's loads better. Gonna try it again tonight, in addition to more traditional stretching in the day (Started doing those the other day).

Oooh, if you haven't seen it already check out Ninja III: The Domination, it's cheesy as fvck and one of those movies that is so bad it's back around to being good again, but it's a cult classic.
No this is, American Ninja. But I'll check it out for sure just cus you said so.

Sounds like you either do not workout and your muscles are going through atrophy or you have a condition that you are not addressing.
Do stretches in the morning and before you sleep. Also eat foods with collagen, jelly candy, jello, and collagen supplements, aside from calcium pills.

I haven't worked out since freaking out about unintended weight loss.
But it's been stable since mid July, I suspect my reduced appetite and lack of snacks between meals and no drinking is the reason my weight kept dropping.
Was also trying to "heal up" by doing as little as possible with my left side. But things actually got worse.

Dude you sound like you have cancer. Unexpected weight loss for no reason is an underlying symptom. Go see a doctor somewhere. Travel to another state for a cheaper service if you have too.
I saw my doctor about it and she did blood work, checked my heart, asked about symptoms. Nothing really to go on and I otherwise felt healthy.
No insurance in the US just pays for screenings on a hunch, they want you wheezing or throwing up blood. Basically the way the system works once they detect it it's already spread.
No such thing as "preventative care" for anyone under 45.
