I like both, but I tend to cook in vegetable oil.

Avocado oil is better, more natural. Depends what I'm cooking

I like putting oyster sauce on my chicken till it's tender

Or I'll marinate it in some type of seasoning with garlic and thyme

I dont mind hot sauces as long as they are equal parts hot and sweet, mixed with ketchup or bbq sauce

But my favorite spice is oregano

Just last week I tried making my own Peri Peri sauce. Peri Peri sauce is used in all those delicious chickens you buy in the store that are already prepared.
