I've had every damn nurse in this place holding my ass, it's very unnerving the first few days.

Literally holding? Cupping?

Cupping, holding, squeezing, slapping... some of these nurses are wild.

It is bit stressful, like I don't know what my options are on my end, do I grab them back? Very confusing.

Maybe innocent word play?

That ship has sailed, they aren't bothered by anything near as I reckon.

I did that yesterday, so long and loud and foul I was impressed,

They don't even care, they just clean you up and go on with their day.
