Shit I think it stuck in my wind pipe. 😭

I suspect chamomile tea is a placebo effect, but the double bag I had does seem to calm.

So you are going to burn it out? 😔

I feel calm yet tired, like I want to nap

Otoh I only got about 5 hours sleep.

Well Chamomile is known for making you sleepy

Yeah, that seems to be true.

The anti anxiety effect is why I drink it, that seems to be true too. It's a trade off, fatigue and less anxiety or lots of anxiety and being more alert.

Why not both?

Spoiled are we. Because I don't have both

It's easy to have less anxiety and more alertness.

Cymbalta and drip coffee.

Ghostrunner is free again on Epic next week. Really fun game but you need a keyboard and mouse to really play it, a gamepad simply doesn't cut it.

What's the deal with Liquid Death, is that for real, they actually put heavy water in it, isn't that stuff radioactive?

No idea, I just know I'm sure not touching the stuff.

Wish me luck having six day old ham and eggs, might very literally be green.

Dude go to the foodbank if you can't manage bills or a shelter where they feed the homeless.

Meat expires 4hrs after being left out in room temperature.

You worry me sometimes 😞.

Where do you live again? I'll find it for you via on-line

Uh oh...

Lets see, dinner started at 1, food was left out until about 3...

So.I guess that 6 day old ham is really the equivalent of 10 day old ham.

Dude. 😭

You need a community social worker and a doctors note to get on some type of disability. 2 doctors notes to be exact. One from a phycologist and another from a family doctor. My place of work use to handle these all the time, it's normal. There are two different types of social workers. You need both. You also need to gather your medical files so you can apply to disability. But you have to request them first.

Plus you need to find a drop in center where they feed the homeless and find a local food bank so you can budget your money.
