Edward VII, George V and George VI were pretty good and Charles III is pretty good, but it's still too early to tell as he's still the current monarch.

Ireland got independence under George V except for the 6 counties in Ulster.

I'm pretty sure if Northern Ireland had an independence referendum, they'd vote for independence and then try to be a part of Ireland.

Separate the isles from each other.
