"I suggested a small fire, possibly....but I am waiting for the other's opinions. With the orc's worried about burning to death we'd have them right where we want them when they come out in the open. Also they will not be able to see very well from the smoke." She told Drake.

Ok, Baranar people, you are tooling up for your raid on the Dunlending supplies. I assume there are no surpirses about what you are taking? Lord Baranar and two dozen men will be with you.

Rivendell group-

It is dark. The Orcs have the advantage in a blind shooting match. Nor can you set the cave alight!

Rescuing captives is not light work- you'll have to use total force on the situation. It's not a very subtle situation.

"We don't have much choices now, I think there's one last option now, to engage in close combat, if anyone has any better idea please tell, were needing a plan or we will have to battle in close combat."

"the fire ideea si bad,as fire will atract more orcs during night and also is the possibility to kill the elfs in our own fire.So I think a sneaking in way is better.Something like everybody is waiting outside,in bushes or on the cave,and 1 or 2 rangers to go in there see the situation and somehow make the orcs fallow them outside.Once outside they'll be surrounded(I think the spelling) and killed fast and quietly.The problem is if you feel capable doin' this,as those 2 that will go in don't want to have the surprise of beeing alone outside 😄.I'd offer myself to be one of them..." says Palanfirith

I think the 'somehow' is the flaw in the plan as it stands.

(fitch if the orcs dont follow the two rangers out they'll be a lil meal for the orcs)

More likely they will wonder who the heck left a dead animal outside their cave, when they smell it.

I do worry you guys are severely underestimating the intelligence of Orcs.

How big is the group of orcs as we seen it ?..

how's the cave ? large,narrow ?what can I know about it ?
