Well I've decided that we can work better with more freedom. Specific plans tend to go bad when one little thing is wrong. For example in the Matrix game we were in a car chase and we had this really specific plan, where we were supposed to surround a car and attack at the same time, but a couple of unforseen complications kinda screwed us all up and we ended up getting slaughtered. So the moral of the story is the simplier the plan the better because we can be flexible and adjust more to problems.
