ok listen to this i drink three gallons of water out of my water gallon milk carton everyday and yesterday i didint get to drink ne water so i drank a gallon in 15 minutes and i went piss 8 times in the matter of 20 mintues like a half hour good story huh???

Don't drink that much water at once D...you can do serious damage to your system, a gallon an hour is even too much. Your kidneys will shut down and I am not kidding...

hmmm good advice didnt know that i always drink a gallon of water when i lift and i lift for like two hours so i should take it easy i guess thanks bro
