Is it because the otf has nothing to do with movies, hence bringing in people and such that aren't really contributing to the whole 'movie thing' and are missing what the flavor of KMC Forums is all about?

flavor... its multi-flavor. lil' sompin' fo' us all. besides my cable i was stealing got shut off so i can't watch all the movies anylonger... or i'd contribute more to the movie disscution

personally, I like being able to discuss movies on the appropriate threads and then come to OTF and talk about pcp and stuff.
