yeah in fact i respect the mods here. I remember when I was new I was bit of a smart ass, well even more so than now anyway, and the mods kept me in line. I gotta respect them

If you are serious, then no. It is my guess that they do not make you a mod for money. I think it is more of a trust thing and a profile thing maybe, a judge of character. And believe me dude, you have character. It's just a bit too chaotic. Which isn't necesarily bad this day and age. In fact, it's quite entertaining.
