i like your idea laurel lebeau if that isyour real name haha i think an unknown is an excellent idea i mean hugh jackman was an unknown until he became wolverine and now when you say wolverine its his face we see so that is true but for effect and for some sence of nerdy knowledge and to fee like what we say acctually makes a difference in the world of hollywood i said brian van holt onl to fill my need to feel like im making a difference but ya an unknown will either make the part or break the part, if gambit is even in the movie

You guys think they started casting already? I can't wait to see who'll play Gambit. The actor must be under a lot of pressure by the way.

cearly i mean i fhe were to read thses posts id be shitting my pants, that is to say if thier even gonna have gambit in the movie, imean we can say he should be in it as much as we want doesnt make it so, i mean want to see juggernaught but chances are its not gonna happen

brain van holt is in basic as dunbar, hes in black hawk down as strucker, and in the new movie the house of wax, and lisa-j who would you put for angel??/??

Orlando Bloom playing Angel is such a dumb choice... Angel is quite masculine, square jaw and all, even moreso than Gambit. Someone like Brad Pitt (who i dont like at all) suits Angel alot more than he does Gambit...

Gambit has to be tall, thin and slender, yet muscular... sort of like bruce lee, but taller and thinner...

i looked up van holt... i think he's too broad, too well built, a good angel or cyclops... but not gambit... Tom Hardy... i knew i recognised the name, he was in Star Trek Nemesis... he has the build down to a T... he'd be a better match than van holt imo...

ya someone was saying that but gambits got hair, and in nemesis he doesnt have hair so i dont know about that, hes wel spoken and he can handle a heavy script which was very evident in nemesis, but it all comes down to is if he has cajun attitude thats what matters and i thnk va holt can do it better

well hardy only shaved his head for nemesis, he has regrown it and can always have it extended...

i think hardy is capable, though i havent seen holt in anything so i cant judge his ability...

excellent he just has that presence on screen that commands your attention much like gambit with his outrageously cool costume and red eyes

For angel i'd go with someone like ryan gosling,jensen eckles-they've got the right look.As for holt isn't he too old to play gambit,I doubt in the movies he'll be older than mid-twenties,to be nearer rogue's age.
