I think Singer needs to look for a relative newcomer (in terms of popularity) that is athletic and can actually pull off French/Cajun accent and act when necessary unlike Halle Berry's horrid African accent that came and went in the first movie.
One of the twins that played the ghosts in the Matrix: Reloaded would be perfect. They had so much make-up work done, no one would recognize them. They can alter their voice on call, and they know martial arts (can fight almost as well as Ray Park-Toad, Darth Maul I hear)
