I think I've read a few of them. This Thrawn guy, he was in them. There were a trilogy of novels or something. The ones with Jacen, Jaina and Anakin Solo...and Mara Jade. They were Ok.

i just started the new jedi order noval so far so good. and i have to aggree with yerssot make more movies would hurt the star wars trilagy

jorus c'boath is in the hand of thrawn trilogy...he is a clone of a jedi master...the noghri are vaders ex mercenaries/assassins....they are in quite a few EU books...eventually they become leias bodyguards, calling her "lady vader". they are real bad asses.
