Bane/Smith's first attack on Neo.

This might be nothing, but after watching this scene VERY closely, I've come to notice that a small drop of blood from Bane's right hand ended up on the index finger of his left hand. Yes, the same left hand he shook Neo's hand with before saying "...we'll see you later..." or close to that.

Wonder if this will have any effect to Neo

That's only if you believe in that theory, which i did when I first saw M2, until I came here, where i saw the light. KMC Matrix forums made a non-believer out of me.
