Reloaded and ETM leaves with a comatose Neo, while Ghost and Niobe are “ship-wrecked” in the Logos with the knowledge of what happened to Neo.
Trinity could be in the opening of Revolutions IN the Matrix, if, say, she, and Morpheus convinces the captain of the Hammer to get to broadcasting heights ASAP.
They visit the Oracle, and ask what’s happened to Neo. The Oracle will tell us WHAT has happened (She BETTER! 🙂). She explains how Neo stopped the Sentinels.
(I’m guessing that the anomaly has altered the Source, so that Neo is in direct contact with it, and through his head-interface is capable of being partially uploaded even when awake in the real world. Neo brought the anomaly close to the Source’s digital representation. The anomaly is systemic, it creates fluctuations in EVEN the simplest programs. It could also create fluctuations in the Source, so that Neo, being wired with plugs, can remote control aspects of the Source, and, therefore, also sentinels).
Then Trin/Morph and Seraph goes to the Merovingians club Hel to free Neos digital self (aka his mind). Who and what the Mero is is finally revealed. The Observer/Spectator is there, too, and his role becomes clear. (I have NO clue).
And we finally get the answer to Mobile Ave, and the subway and the train Loop.
(I’m guessing the Mero has somehow stuck Neo onto a train that keeps running in circles, again and again. Why is anyones guess. Maybe the previous Ones’ digital selves are there, and the Spectator/Observer is their guard).
Neo visits the Oracle one last times. She tells him that he or Smith controls the future. Who and what Seraph is is revealed.
Neo awakens and confronts Bane. Ghost and Niobe are found and rescued (there may very well be clues to previous Zions or other lost human cities. In ETM the Logos flew into uncharted territory).
Zion braces for the attack. The vicinity of the 250.000 sentinels are felt by Neo, who sees them through his connection to the Source. He’s blind-folded to better use his vision inside the Source. Or the fight with Bane blinds him.
Trinity and Neo flies off in the Logos to 01 to make a truce with the machines. Neo offers to stop Smith in return for said truce, the machine-world agrees. Neo enters the Matrix for the last time through a 01 interface.
The machines attack Zion. Morpheus, Link, Ghost and Niobe get another ship. For some reason or other they return to broadcasting levels. They may have to warn Neo against… something.
While Zion fight the machines, Neo fight the legion of Smith. Trinity, meanwhile, is outside or inside 01 in the Logos. Quite possibly Smith takes over a sentinel and attacks her/kidnaps her.
The One sacrifices himself to delete the Smith virus, and reset the Matrix. The anomaly is inserted into Smith and he is deleted.
Neo leaves the 01 interface. He can never again enter the Matrix. In good old, “when you think the enemy is dead” style this Smith-Sentinel may have a final role to play.
The machines stop their attack on Zion. A truce is declared.
However – not every machine is willing to end the war. Neither is every human. New allegiances are formed. The Matrix On-line is ready now.

Yeh but thats 1 of the reasons I stoped coming here. It was driving me crazy every thread turning into an argument about religion 😖 and stuff.

I know that she died, but they could take some stock footage of her and work it in somewhere. Even something hokey like with Yoda and Obi-Wan at the end of Star Wars.
Again, it is just a wild guess, going way out on the limb there.
