OK, in one particular McD's I know, won't say where, they had a drain problem and the entire drains came up with all the grease traps.
They smell like sewer and they had the staff in the back rooms wearing wellington boots while they racked up french fries. They bwere sloshing around in 8 inches of sewer water that smelt worse than being at a sewer plant. The smell was in their clothes and hair and everything, imagine what it was doing to the food....
Or there was the time a girl slipped on the floor and landed with both arms onto the griddle.
Naturally, with a surface temperature of 350 degrees the flesh between he wrists and elbows immediately seared to the griddle and as she jumped back it literaly ripped from her arms and left sizzling on the plate.
She was off work for 6 months and had to have multiple skin grafts but she did come back for a while after she healled.
Anyway, they just scraped the skin off the grill and carried on cooking. At those temperatures there was never any worry about germs..... 😱
