That's the sign of a good shipper, RPL. Faithful even after proven wrong.

Ah! I see. Well I'm stickin' with Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, then.

Yup. I will continue to read fanfic. Just because it doesn't happen in canon doesn't mean it isn't a good ship.
Yeah, that would be a good idea. Of course, I never read any Harry/Hermione fanfics. I looked at some, but never read it. It never seemed right to me, even before I read the fourth book.

What do people think the relationships will be like in book 7? Will there be any at all? I hope so. I just want to see Ron and Hermione get it on 😛
Agh, the movies make it look so H/Hrish, what with Harry and Hermione being both new to the wizarding world and Hermione being the one to comfort Harry all the way through both PoA and GoF. And just look at that poster above... if that doesn't look like it's promoting H/Hr, I don't know what does.
Let's face it folks, JK has been planning H/G since Book 1. She had them meet at King's Cross. She's said that she thinks a train station is the most romantic place to meet, that's where her parents met. She's placed Ginny and Harry in other relationships, had Ginny go through the whole Chamber of Secrets thing so she could suffer and be "worthy" of Harry. She made Harry go through Cho so he would be "worthy" emotionally of Ginny. She's the only one who can stand up through his tempers (see OotP when he goes CAPSLOCK about Voldemort being in his head), he's the one that had the monster in his belly about her dating other guys. They're meant to be. In canon anyway.
And we've had anvils for Ron/Hermione as well. If we didn't see it before Viktor Krum arrived on the scene... well... jealousy had a marvelous way of showing that Ron liked Hermione, and Hermione's actions in at least HBP (anyone recall "AVIS!!"😉 show that the jealousy monster brought out Hermione's feelings for Ron. The scene at the funeral just cemented it, really.
At least, that's my take on those two couples, whether I like it or not.
It's a photoshoppe. And here's where they got the original piccys.
