LOL! Well, I can see Luna half telling Harry off ('You're being rather rude, you know,'😉 but she wouldn't get upset like Ginny would, and it wouldn't have a very big effect.
If Harry were about to do something truly stupid, Luna wouldn't stop him and start listing all the ways in which he was being an idiot. She'd be staring at the ceiling. She was bored while being held captive by the Inquisitorial Squad! Lol, she's not going to jump up and save Harry's life, like Hermione's been trying to do (the whole maybe-Sirius-isn't-in-the-Department-of-Mysteries thing) and Ginny will do soon.
From the very start of the book Ginny's been standing up and speaking her mind in very important ways, whereas while Luna's always been proud of her beliefs, it's not really anything that will save anyone, with the exception of the Thestrals. I don't think Harry would be the one saying, "Oh, look! Hermione and I must've attracted them. What great luck, we needed a way to get to the DOM! Everyone get on one, and let's go! We'll fly!" Uh, no! Lol.
So Luna's good with the helping of relationships, characters, and all the abnormal stuff. If anyone needs to know about Blibbering Humdingers or Aquavirius Maggots, she's the one to call. But Ginny's been focusing on no one but Harry.

seriously...i like harry/cho...sorry but harry deserves to get the girl (he likes) becuz of all he's been through! 😄
also, even if they fought in OotP (spoiler!!) here're some lines for ya!! (but this is only my theory)
this is directly from the book. this could mean that he seriously still does like Cho. this is right after he heard about micheal corner...

It could be Harry felt emotionless, that might be part of it. He could actually still love cho... maybe sirius' death made him really bummed out, he might need time to think before returning to the feelings he had for cho (its like a family first thing! lol)
