Ron and Hermione are perfect for each other. Yes, they bicker and bicker, but there is no one that either of them would rather bicker with.

If you want evidence of why I think that Ron and Hermione will get together, in the interview of the Chamber of Secrets DVD, Rowling says that there is foreshadowing for books yet to be written in the movie that are not portrayed in the book. The example I believe she was poking at was that of when Harry hugs Hermione (he sees her as the sister he has never had) but Ron is afraid to hug her--he likes her too much.
