The reason I don't have my pics here yet, as RC already knows, is because when I drove up to my friend's house yesterday I saw smoke coming from the woods where her house is. As I turned onto her road off the main road, the fire police stopped me at a roadblock. I asked what was on fire and they said the house in the woods. I freaked ! I asked if it was the Coble residence and he said he didn't know. I said well thats my best friend and thats where I'm headed, could he call on his radio and ask the firemen at the scene or something. No, he said. Well then I was freaked and pissed ! I kept calling her on my cell phone and kept getting her machine. Finally she called me and here it was another house back in the woods further that I didn't even know was there. (My friend lives on 60 acres). Well I was really relieved that it wasn't her house, actually it was a falling down old hunting lodge that an old lady lived in and the thing went up like a tinderbox. I couldn't get back to my friend's house so I went home, thus I have no pics today, but my boss is going to take them home and scan them on his scanner there and bring them in tomorrow. Then the baby bunny that I was trying to help (for the last 10 days) that Tommy's sisters cat dragged into her house and she passed on to me, died last night. I have just been horribly depressed all day, so you'll have to excuse me not being my usual mayhemic self. 🙁
I'm not sure that's very helpful. I guess the only other thng I can say to you Gundy is to be thankful that is was that other house. Sure that doesn't really help the people of that house but I hope it dispels some of the worry you had why you waited.
As for the rabbit, well I am sure you did you best for it. Some things are meant to happen you know.
