It was kinda funny the circumstance in which I met Brann. When I went to the Mastodon gig, he was in the crowd watching the support band and I don't think many people recognised him. Then he was at the bar and I just strolled up and started speaking. He's cool.
Good to know that when they rightfully take their crown as the new rulers of Heavy Metal, I will have met him.

gods , where do I start... My brother was at a special school, and all these famous people used to help at the school fete every year to help raise money... I met several Miss Worlds, Clive Dunn, Arthur Lowe, John Thaw and Dennis Waterman, Geoff Capes, Red Rum, Shergar, Aldaniti, Patrick Mower.... and loads more... plus my best friend is a journo, and with him I've met Yo La Tengo, Billy Bragg, Kirsty McColl (I was real upset when she died...) John Otway, and I even ended up alone in a dressing room with Louise Nurding (ex of eternal andf married to some footballer...) she was very nice.... I bumped into Nicole Kidman in Hyde Park once... she was taking the kids for a walk and accidentally hit me with the pushchair... I've met Tony Blair, Lady Thatcher, Ken Livingstone and numerous MPs on tours of parliament... I am proud to say that the dancer and actress Nicola Pierrepont is one of my best friends.... and I once had a drink with Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York (my cousin was Andrew's cook on HMS Invincible...) thats the main ones... oh, and at school, while raising money for the British Olympic team, I had a sit-ups race with Judo champ Bryan Jacks.... he beat me, but he said he was going to go easy on me, until he saw how good i was...
