We will never stop evolving. Just as Jean said on X-Men 2 that the human race is evolving all the time. It just might be slowing down due to all our new technology. I don't know how far our race will evolve or if it will evolve into women who control storms or guys with wicked cool blades but you never know. Weirder things have happened. 😛 I'm new to so welcome.
well you prob think i am joking well what it is i never go cold but sometimes when i do whcih is low chance i can jsut make myself worma nd wormer when ever i want its soemhing to do with my blood and i am looking for answers becasue it started when i was getting head achs and then i herated upa nd my eyes started to burn but i can control my body heat but not my eyes or headachs and there making me ill please some one outer give me answers

Evolution is a necessity.
If a species doesn't change, it becomes static and then becomes extinct. I may sound like a nut or something, but I think evolution would or is occuring KIND OF like the x-men. not necessarily mystical magical powers like Cyclops or anything but, maybe, MAYBE telepathy * a known "thing"* is something like this evolution?

There has never been a documented case of beneficial mutation.
Most, if not all, mutation has negative impacts on the mutatee.
THere are definitely mutations out there, but find proof of a beneficial mutation and you will be on the road to proving that we are evolving toward a more 'x-men-like' future.
We are mutants now, well mutants of the Neolythic man, a hybrid veration of many steps of human evolution encluding even the Neanderthals. When the 'others' came into existance the Neanderthals began to lose population as the 'others' were a superior race. It is narrowminded (no offense to anyone) to think that we have come to a stage were we can no longer adapt or mutate into a superior human however this may be helped along by science. We are just another link in the chain of evolution of the human, what we will become may be a 'super human' it may not. Maybe all our mutation will be is superior reflect skills and faster running and such. Whatever it is only time will tell. Our heavy submersion in technology around us may slow down this mutancy as it is not needed as much but it will still happen. Guess we will just have to wait and see. 😎

anyways, yeah, after some thought, I don't really think we'd have mystical awesomeness powers and such, maybe something like Toad though. Evolution is to ensure survival throughout different environments, I learned in biology class one time *not to sound racist, im not, this might come off as racist* that if white ppl, "africans", and asians had been seperated by a geolological boundary for at least one or two more centuries *or so*, we would have all evolved to where we could only mate with our literal "race", for example, if you were white, you could only mate with other white ppl, if you were "african", you could only mate with other "africans", etc.

Humans seem to have a part in the brain that recognizes pride and shame. I'd have to agree with who I mistakenly disagreeed with. If a "normal" human was to mutate with some "ability" that others didn't have, the shame would rise. <.<

And yes, mutants, genetic mutation, most certainly exists in all species of living things (although I am vague about mutations in things like bacteria), although in all honesty I doubt if there are X-Men like mutants out there. Or indeed any evolutionary variable that would give someone, say, power over the weather. As far as I know mutation is not like that....
