Squenix tends to release things late because they always put an initial date as being way sooner than they have a chance of finishing it. Hopefully we'll know soon when AC will come out, but no guarantees - the release date for FFX-2 changed about 10 times and when it finally DID get released, the official date was only announced less than a week before, as I remember.

And b-dan, if you're going to post lines from the movie, USE THE DAMN SPOILER TAGS.

i dont mind the wait. i get annoyed at people who reveal thing that they shouldn't. I hate spoilers, especially the ones that can ruin the whole movie for someone. It happened to me recently and i got so annoyed i wasn't able to enjoy that movie as much as i shoud have.

See, I don't mind spoilers, but I respect that others might not want to know things and therefore know when to keep my mouth shut.

i used to not care bout spoliers much. but if its a really good movie and it has a big twist i dont want to know otherwise i cannot enjoy that movie. I didnt care till a spoiler ruined a movie for me.

i was pissed when i saw some one on this thread give away two big twists in it altho i already saw the movie what he said runied it for alot of people.

the fan site says the movie is coming out this month it got pictures of the movie covers to!!

Yep. And the covers are from the Japanese version. There aren't many more days left this month.. if it were coming out, you'd think they would know which day? It's not coming out in November. There hasn't even been any advertising, much less an English trailer.

That is true but we are also fans and unless one of us is friends with some one on the Square Enix team, we don't know. So until then we will just have to have hope and keep checking in and going to the store to see. But still it's ridiculous to get our hopes so high then let them fall so low, not cool. 😠

Consider the dates... it's November 24th... you all think it's coming out the 29th... you think there would've been *maybe* soem sort of advertising? Have you actually gone to a store and asked what their release date is? Might as well get mad now, because we know for sure it's not out on Tuesday.

Yeah, because of the fact that there has been no commercials on tv yet promoting this movie, I highly doubt that it will come out the 29th, like I previously was thinking.
More time for me to play the game then. That's an upside to it.

It would make a nice christmas present though if it comes out closer to christmas.
There would possibly be ads on the internet about the release date too and about getting a free one early or something.

i think they do it on purpose, so people get anxoius and end up buying their products the minute it comes out, instead of waiting till the price drops
