Final Fantasy 7 : Advent Children (Movie)

There's only one real one, and one with a crappy angle out, I don't think that's too many. Besides, most of the trailer footage was said to NOT appear in the actual movie, including the motorcycle scene. So, not ruining anything for me 😄

Ya know, I haven't even played FFVII yet (sad, I know...) but I want to see Advent Children. Maybe I'll start FFVII once I'm done with FFX-2 😄

so basically what you're saying is that squaresoft made thousands of computer generated images, and paid probably over 60 employees a good 40 dollars an hour, just to not use them? that makes no sense, really. Also can it really be called a trailer if that is true? A trailer is a hint of the action to come by showing off lil tidbits of the movie itself, so either what you read is full of nonsense, or square just wasted quite a bit of money.

ok....i think that if Square actually did make a "False" trailer just to lead people on and pay mass amounts of money to do....then i say that thats very smart....if they did infact make a "False" trailer to lead people on then that just goes to show how confident they are in this movie...this shows and says that this should and will probably be a very good well oraganized movie....but yes i have only seen one trailer and it sucked so i want to see another one...but this one that is coming out next month or around that time i want to see...but heres the probublem...you said it would be in the FFX-2 last mission this...well...you see i don't want to waste $50 on a game that i don't want just to see a trailer!!!!!

but then again it just might be posted on the net so i won't have to use my money on the game.

I know that it didn't make any sense, but it's what they did with Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, and many of its CG movies. They made different footage to tease the audience. It's promotional material, and it's an insight into what is to come. I'm sure that some of it was in the movie, but some of it they said may not be. I'm just reporting what I read; if I find the link I'll definetly post it.

i rili doubt it man, i mean it's a completeli different case, with monsters inc. and etc and etc, there was an actual reason to leave out a few bits so that they can add it onto VHS or DVD as extras to give ppl a reason to buy them (and i thot everything i saw on trailor was on film... but n e wais)

for advent children, it's not gettin released in the cinemas, there is absolute no reason for square to hold back anything they've created including trailor footages, and besides... it would completely suck not to see the motorcycle scene and the sword fight... although i'm not trying to doubt you, i just hope yer wrong jkozzy... T-T i like the motocycle scene...

(btw, the trailor everyone's seen wasn't originali arranged to have One Winged Angel playing in the background (but it fits perfectli...) try and make out wat that music in the background is from the 44mg trailor instead of the subbed version ^^"

Yeah, it was having OWA in the background if you saw it on TechTV... the music in the 44mb is background music from other attractions at the TGS.
As for the motorcycle scene, I hope I'm wrong too! ~_^

hey....what if you guys just accept the fact that maybe the reason for the trailers to not be in the movie was for a bigger and better reason i.e more movie length and more footage that the public hasn't seen.

Well then that would suck and there wouldn't be a point to a sequal and the other "unannounced" FFVII project by SquareEnix. They killed Aerith, they can't kill the two of them.

it might just be me, but that logo looks like midgar w/ complete sister ray attachted to it...

I hope they team up with McFarlane toys and make Advent action figures. I would definately buy them all
