I can't believe the guy in the chair is

and the term mother refers to Jenova most likely. Bacause thats who Sephiroth called mother. even though its not his birth mother. but in away she is because of his cells.

Even if you do find it,pretty much all japanese dvds are region 2 dvds.
You would have to buy a region 2 or all regional dvd player.
They are relatively cheap though.

When is this blasted movie coming out? It shouldn't take this long to voice an animated film. Even if they have to adjust the movements of the mouths.

It's not out in Japan either, since the film wasn't/hasn't been finished.
