Sensing eyes on the two of them, Kit turned and saw Spark lookin at them. 'Weird boy.'
Turning back to Rogue, she smiled. "so, do you like Sparky? I mean, he doesn't seem like your type, but i guess you could be friends."
Rogue shook her head and sighed. "Kit, i don't see what you have against him. i mean, he's new, like you, so... why not be his friend?"
Kit and Rogue watched prof. x and Sparky talk, while quietly chatting to each other.
"Rogue, he's a showoff and probably a real jerk. Who would wanna be friends with him?"
Sniffling, Rogue responded, "Well, you two probably got off on the wrong foot. Talk to him again."
"Yeah, yeah, whatever. This'll be hilarious. The pup will get absolutely humiliated one prof. x is done with him."
Shaking her head, Rogue sighed and watched the display.
" my powers give me the ablilty to control all forms of electricity and lighting, i can form small bults in my hands and fire them at will like throwing a ball, it may be a small bults but does effective damage, how about a deminstraction then" spark holds his hands in front of him and forms a bult then throws it at a large rock near by, the rock explodes on impact. "kool woudn't you say huh?
Kit stopped laughing as she heard and saw a rock explode. "Hey, Spot, why don't you join a construction crew? You might do some good." After she turned away from him, she looked over her shoulder and said, "but i must say, that must come in pretty handy sometimes."

spark walks over to kit and rogue again "hey kit I'm sorry about before how about we start over, hey my names luke but you can called me spark but rogue tells me you have been calling me sparky the dog." spark laughs "will i guess thats ok" spark looks over at rogue "rogue I know how you feel about not beeing able to get close to someone so i just want you to know......" spark looks away for a while thinking about what hes going to say since hes been hurt before, spark looks back in rogues eyes "I'm always here for you rogue remeber that." spark walks away and leaves thoughs thoughts with rogue.
As he walked away, Kit laughed and giggled at the same time. "Hey Rogue, you hear that? Hm, seems like you have an admirer."
Rogue just shook her head and laughed. "No, that's not true. He's truly very kind, and I bet he'll be a great friend."
Kit rolled her eyes but laughed nontheless. "Sure. Well, I gotta catch up to him. Mr.Sparks can't go off by himself."
Running up to him, Kit put her hand on his shoulder. "hey, sp- i mean, luke. Well, I just wanna say sorry. I know you're probably a great guy. You're pretty cool. So," she said, reaching out her hand, "how bout we become friends? i mean, we'll probably be seeing a lot more of each other, since you seem to like my best friend. So, we should be friends rather than enemies. How bout it?"
spark looked at kits hand then at her face and thought about it for a while "kit you should know this before we become friends...... i dont have many friends because i don't like to get colse to that many people because you never know what might happen to them........ but i can see that your a nice girl and i guess i can put up with that sparky dog thing for a while so what the hell." spark shakes hands with kit and continues to head over to the jet.
Sighing, Kit walked back to Rogue. "Does he honestly think I'll keep calling him Sparky the dog? I mean, there are so many other names out there-"
Kit was cut off by Rogue who was laughing loudly. "Kit, remember Kyle H? He always used to call you Kitten or some weird name. That was so funny."
Kit growled at her laughing friend before smirking. "Ah, yes, but you were bumbly right? Bumbly the bumble bee. at least i was Kit the kitten. That ain't so bad."
The two continued reminiscing about their past as they walked towards the jet.
