looking for movie title

There is this movie. I don't remember much about it other than it's cannibalistic. They bury people in the ground up to their necks and feed them through funels. Does anyone know what the name of this movie is? Greatly appreciated. It's drive me crazy.

I think it was hotel hell but that just a guess really.

the only movie i can rember with some one being buried up to there necks is creep show but i dont think that is it cause i dont rember ne tubes of food
