It's easy to make them not e-mail you every time, and you can turn it off for when you get PM's as well.

Oh, spam? Yeah, I think they have a person send all that out, poor soul. My ex used to do that and at her work parties she was known as the spammer. No offense. Nobody's perfect.

Uhh the ones from KMC are an automatic response from the server.
