Because Sean Connery play "James Bond" as noboby!!
He's the first and the best actor for this role!

The song of Goldfinger , by Shirley Bassey , is very beautiful and outstanding , for me.

It's very good replik in original version , the repliks of bond are great! But in French version , they're less good than v.o. 😉

for some reason "Je m'appelle Bond, James Bond" doesn't have the same ring

well, do remember that they are old (FX not up to par) and that it was a totally different situation with the cold war and technology and such

The great thing about Paris is that they play as much films in v.o. as they do in v.f. Personally speaking, I much prefer seeing a film in it's original language with subs as opposed to it being generally horrendously dubbed...

Someday I may even catch a Bond film on the big screen in Europe's Premiere City... 🙂
