I think I am a bad influence on him. I did the same thing about a year and a half ago.

ive been a leader now for almost 11 years now....my troop is a Daisy troop...thats ages 5-6 years old .

Normally its 6-8 girls.....this year i have a big troop at 12 girls .

That is a lot of girls to look after. But I guess after doing this for 11 years, I think you can handle it.

Indeed i can , but i also have help....my ratio is 1 adult for every 6 girls . I have 2 assistant leaders who help out .
