Batman does not have guns, or at least he doesn't use them. The first appearances of Batman in 1939 featured Batman using guns, but that's no longer allowed. Also, in Batman: Year Two, Bats decided to use the gun that killed his parents to murder their killer. He didn't get the chance. Other than this, Batman does not use guns. Violence, yes, Guns, no.
