ok i have posted this theory on a few boards so here it goes again

SMITH will be the end of the matrix
as discussed on this forum I believe there is a master Smith, the original. The first hint of this will be when they kill bane in the Real World and 30 smiths drop dead in the matrix and become the original person, dead.
By this point Smith has taken over everyone in the Matrix.
Neo and smith will battle at the same time Zion is under attack, Neo will then relize the way to kill the smith, he lets smith take him over like in reloaded only this time he doesnt fight it, The Original Smith (smith 01) will want to enter Neo to gain the powers of the "ONE" for himself, And at the last moment Trinity will pull the plug on Neo killing Neo and all the Smith. Thus all the Smith will die killing everyone plugged into the matrix. Thus shutting down all the machines an a close call sequence in Zion.

Neo and Trinity would have had to sort that out before he jacked in though

yeah once they kill the Bane smith they will relize the weeknes and then plan to destroy the matrix Via the Above plan

Say man where did you get this theory? Cause it sounds like a variation of this one matrix theory that has been posted like 30 times.

I posted this theory right after i saw reloaded on the Rotten Tomatoes Websight. I was just surfing and came across this forum and saw some people had put together a close theory, so i thought i would just drop mine in as well.

well, thats interesting, but, that leaves out WHY the other Smiths drop dead...if its because of the master smith dying, thus killing all the smiths he had created, your theory is flawed, in that, the Master Smith wouldn't die because Neo is killed, only that SMith, because he hadnt created any others...if its by master code being copied over, then the last created smith, the last "King" Smith, if you will, will be the one with the code, causing that SMith and only that Smith to copy Neo for it to work...

Why are all the Smith Clones just standing there watching Neo and the main smith fight it out, Because the original smith (or the "king smith" wether it be the last or the first)wants the power of the "ONE".

But if they are exact copies, why don't they all want the power of the "ONE?"

I think that the Smith fighting Neo is the one that deleted/absorbed/took over the Oracle. I believe that when he did that he gained some power from her coding. And I believe that that Smith alone has the ability to even come close to stopping Neo, which is why the other one's stand to the side. They know they don't stand a chance.

I think that are theories about Smith being so powerful are wrong. When code copies itself or clones itself it does not assimilate qualities of the "victim". Any way at the start Of Reloaded Neo mentions that the new agents have upgrades, surely this makes them better fighters than Smith by simple laws of time?

The smiths aint connected to each other (nothing that means thet all die, at least(#), they copy themselves onto their host (like someone can learn to fly a chopper, it just writes the Smith program to the brain...)
So i doubt that everyone should die.
Like, if someone made a virus, and u deleted it from that guys PC, then u will still have the people infected having trouble.

and to add, maybe by taking over the original smith, neo may do something

also, when smith goes to the real world in bane, i think that may have something to do with neo's more 'direct' link to the matrix

When Neo said "Hm, upgrades," he was being sarcastic.. well that's what I thought at least, since one of the agents had a lucky block, and he was mocking them in a way; I'm sure he's come across many agents betwen the Matrix and Reloaded, since it's a six month difference, so in that time he probably fought him before and creamed him, but this time (Johnson is it?) was able to block one of Neo's punches.. just my theory.

When Smith copies himself, wouldn't each copy have a specific serial number, or a production number unique to the Smith created from it? That way the "King" Smith would know who he was and his clones would know that they were just clones... and I completely agree with the Oracle absorbtion theory... what else would Smith want with her? After all, she was the Mother of the Matrix, she's got to have something special or powerful about her that gave her that title...

I don't think each copy has anything. I assumed because they were viruses they just didn't have to hold to the rules of the matrix. And what makes you think the Oracle is the mother of the matrix. I just don't think it's her for some reason.

Trinity: I believe if you're really serious about baking, you are going to need my help. And since I am the ranking baker on this ship, if you don't like it, I believe you can go to hell. Because you aren't baking anywhere else. Tank? Load us up.

Don't you mean "saving him" instead of "baking"? And see the thread about the real mother of the matrix... it says it all, and even though it's not definetly said in Reloaded, there's little room for any other mother to come around, from what I've seen

True, it'd make sense to rewrite them... but then who is the mother of the Matrix?!?!

wouldnt it be great if he was in m3, and someone KILLED HIM! (but first, made him give straight answers to simple questions!!!)
