I have several favorite scenes too but the two faves are: D.A meetings and the pensieve scenes in GoF and in OotP.

Ive heard many different things. Ive heard 9 months and then 2 months, all over the place. Hopefully soon.

My fav seen is in the 3rd book when the Marauders Map insults snape. And Fred and George constantly make me laugh how they are bouncing ideas off one another and how they talk in unisin. (sp?)
