398 Techno organic virus that's why his arm is robotic...you see Apocalypse knew cable could be a threat to him..if Cable got his full power so Apocalypse...being a black dude who don't play far..decided to f**k Cable up with a techno organic virus...Cable was sent to the future to learn to use his powers to keep the virus at bay....he didn't completely win the battle...that's why the right side of his body looks like he got it from the hardware store. Cable can never fully use his powers and must hold back about 25% of his power of he'll become a big metal demon thingie with a glowing eye..and it's not funny. ugh
nope Jean isn't Cable mommy....Madelyn Proyer...a Jean Clone is Cable's mommy...though Apocalypse once said Scott, Jean, Cable Father, mother, son...more powerful together than any one of them could be apart..Cable has telepathy and telekinesis..in God like form he could rival maybe even surpass the Phoenix..but that's open to debate.
