i dislocated my knee cap, and tore some ligaments ect

its alright thanks, have to work without full recovery tho, coz need money to pay bills, plus i had to spend my 18th birthday on crutches 🙁

thanks, yeh its better, but after not standing for a while, my legs ache at teh end of work each day 😛
