I know that the director(Bryan Singer) wants to direct X3, but he when asked if he was, he didn't give a direct answer, he has to see how his schedule goes, but more than likely he will direct it, I'd bet money on it.

I don't remember him X1 and I doubt he will do one on X3, since he didn't do one on X2 either. But he did do a cameo in both Spiderman movies. And Daredevil. For some reason I hate his cameos they are so cheesy.
