Caiperinha is made out citrus, sugar, some kind of alcohol. I hope kes can tell you. Here in my country they have a very difficult portuguese name for it. Kes can you help her out.
Its "cachaça" (água-ardente) but you can use tequila or vodka too.
Are citrus and lime the same thing? I use lime, cut it into pieces (kinda depends on how juicy they are, then you put ice, then you shred it with an ice pick. Then you put the sugar and "cachaça" in then stir it 😄
Careful with how much sugar...try it a few times to see how it tastes.
