a doc goes to sanytarium to see are there any peepl he can let go. He shows his hand to the first patient and asks him what is it ad he says it's a leg. doc decides he has to stay. the other patient says it's a head and he also has to stay...but the third one says it's a hand. doc asks him how did he know that and the patient shows his head and says "kidney works"
