i've been downloading service packs for several minuts only... half an hour can be the longest i guess.

😕 i thought Service Packs are unremovable, aren't they?

I'm a Comp.Engr. graduate but weak in Windows' softwares...

we only deal with "Design" stuff.

594 service "packs" are uninstallable. however you can remove the seperate updates that they do if they cause problems.

Service Packs can be removed...... if you format your hard disk and re-install your Operative System, which happened to me 🙁

Anyway, I downloaded a while ago, it took lots of time, but it downloaded at the end ✅ but now it won't 😖 it was, and misteriously the download box closed 😖

594 ... yeah, you can remove everything you've installed if the disk is reformatted...

i once reformat my disk to W2000 Prof.Ed. ... same thing happened .. can't download relative SP's ... and get crashed...

now i'm back with W98. 🙁

594 welcome to microsoft sucks. win2k has serious windows update problems, amongst taking a few times of doing it to get the updates it also has bugs with downloading and installing future service packs! they constantly do what windows XP S2 did.. and don't put their own friggin microsoft verified certificate on it, allowing it to be a pain to install.
