whoa whoa whoa... its all in fun. Why all the drama over a little operating system? I mean I had Windows 3.1-XP and loved it but moved to Mac because of its ease of use for graphic design and thats what i have to use at school. But I must admit after a year of OS X I have yet to restart because of a stupid program that froze.

To further drive that point home. If you look closely at the scene in Reloaded where Trinity is hacking the power grid. The computer she is at is running Unix (what OS X is based on and built off of - RIGHT ON W BROS FOR USING A REAL DAMN OS IN A MOVIE UNLIKE THE REST OF HOLLYWOOD). Although I am sure Korri does not care. I bet she is sticking with windows from now on....

i have to admit, i think Apple really is best for multimedia, but i'll take an IBM-compatible any day of the week...

well, i was born, but not when the commercial was aired, but i believe you can see it online...and it was actually made to follow the book, somewhat...thats why they released it in 1984, b/c the slogan was "Apple, so that 1984, does not become '1984'"

The commercial was also directed by Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner). Also did you guys know that IBM created the system by which the Nazi's kept tabs on the Jews?... Just something to think about.
